Returns and Exchanges:

 

Island Ranch accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and/or defective items if they are postmarked for return within 30 days of purchase. The original labels must be attached, and a copy of your receipt included. We will pay shipping costs for the return of a defective shirt, and will send you a new shirt of the same design, or refund you on the card you used to make the purchase. For returns related to size or preference, you will be responsible for paying shipping on the return. Again, you can choose to be refunded on the card previously used, or we will send you a different item of your choice. Please note we cover all initial shipping costs.
