-FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES AND US AND ARMED FORCES AMERICA’S, EUROPE AND PACIFIC ON ALL ORDERS. | Cost = $0.00

-FREE SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII AND US TERRITORIES ON ORDERS 100.00 AND OVER. | Cost = $9.00 flat rate on orders under $100.00

-FREE SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY ON ORDERS 200.00 AND OVER. | Cost = $25.00 flat rate on orders under 200.00

  1. - WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?


Island Ranch ships Monday through Friday. If you order before 1 p.m. (CST) your order will ship that same day and after 1 p.m. (CST) it will ship the following morning and usually takes 3-4 business days within the US and 5-10 business days internationally.

  1. - WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 
Once we have your order we will email you with a tracking information as the package label is printed so you can see exactly where your items are during their voyage and we will also email you letting you know where your shirts are every step of their journey and you can expect them 3-4 days within the US and 5-10 days internationally.

  1. - CAN I SHIP TO AN INTERNATIONAL APO/FPO?

 
Island Ranch is 100% Salty Veteran owned and operated and remembers like it was yesterday receiving packages on many a FOB, as well as delivering them by chopper! So the answer is YES and we cover your shipping 100% free of charge to you!

  1. - WHAT IF IT'S NOT WHAT I ORDERED OR IS DAMAGED?

 

If the item that you received is damaged on delivery or does not match the order that you placed, we will be more than happy to replace the order (if available) and refund all shipping charges.

*Please note that Island Ranch distribution has a flat rate agreement with FedEx and shipping fees are all inclusive to you on your international orders, however Island Ranch is not responsible for extra charges, customs fees or taxes.
